INVITATION TO 5TH INTERNATIONAL MASTER CLASS

Welcome to the 5th International Master Class on Northern Cyprus at Top Set Hotel October 19-29, 2010. The first class will start at 10.00 am October 20th, and all participants are requested to be present at that time and a minimum of 5 days forward. As earlier course members have experienced, the success of the process is directly related to the brain coherance of the group members that we create by being physically and spiritually present from day one.

The course coordinators, Judith and Conny will as usual start the course; Judith with a group process called an Inner Journey with your Spirit Guide asking for the support of all positive energies for our work and Conny with a welcoming First Lecture. The remaining program will be released as soon as we know who is participating and with what subject. As was the case last year, your individual consciousness process will be the main essence of this year's Master Class and the teacher's sharing of their knowledge will be the afternoon complement.

This year we will add a creativity hour to the after dinner program which is open to anyone wishing to share their personal creative achievements such as music, song, art, poetry, films, and books.

Since Top Set Hotel is already fully booked you are requested to contact the following hotels for room bookings:

- Silverwaves Hotel, located directly beside Top Set. www.silverwaves.com, tel +903928222439

- Riviera Hotel, located 400 metres down the coast on a sandy beach. www.rivierahotel-northcyprus.com
Tel +903928222026

- Denizkizi Hotel, is also a possibility, located ca 2 km toward Lapta, near Conny's place. Transport in that case would be by the frequent mini-vans trafficking the main road. www.denizkizi.com, tel +903928212676 or 80 at the end.

Another site for hotels in Kyrenia is www.northcyprus.net but be sure to check the distance to Top Set where we will have our meetings.

REPORT FROM THE 4TH INTERNATIONAL MASTER CLASS 2009

During 2 weeks of October 2009 teachers from many parts of the world assembled at the yearly Master Class meeting at Top Set Hotel in Northern Cyprus. The theme of this year's Master Class was transformation. Earlier Master Classes have worked to create a unified field state of consciousness amongst participants and teachers. Having established a firm foundation of cooperation in knowledge, we were able to initiate a step by step transformative process that had its basis in ancient Vedic traditions.

On the first day of the Master Class the group experienced a Shaman Journey to ask for power for this year's Master Class process.

From day two the program started every morning with the chanting of 21 Aums followed by a Puja from the Shankaracharya tradition. We then formed different constellations within the circle in order to represent or hold energies that needed to be healed, both individually and on a global basis.

Persons in the outer circle had a triple function: 1) as protectors 2) as transmitters of energy 3) as receivers of energy. We all then meditated using specific mantras for specific purposes. The individuals placed on the inside of the circle were thereby able to establish a powerful contact with their higher selves for the purpose of healing thanks to the unified field created by the meditating outer circle.

Each morning of the transformation process we worked on a specific theme:

Day one - Upplifting of the male and female dharma for couples.

Day two - 4 ladies living on Cyprus representing 4 different but complementary energies were placed in the middle to be strengthened and to be entrusted with their respective spiritual positions on the island.

Day three - In the middle was a 7 person star formation, each person representing one chakra of the human nervous system, with the 8th person focused in the center in order to purify the unbalanced chakra within each individual. The 8th person in the center acted as a transformer in order to assist the other individuals to be able to let go of imbalances and receive energies from their higher selves.

Day four - Two senior teachers from two different spiritual traditions were placed in the center, one a man, the other a woman. Each one represented the higher male and female aspects of their lineage. As the outer circle meditated, the inner couple was able to once again act as transmitters, creating a balanced male and female energy for the whole Master Class process.

Day five - Persons who had been victimized by various circumstances in life were placed within the circle for a special healing process. In the center one of the male teachers was placed in order to receive and then transform these patterns.

Day six - Four women were placed in the inner circle, of which 3 ladies were dressed in purple (a seeming coincidence) and one was dressed in white. The three ladies represented the 3 qualities of the relative: Creative, Upholding, and Purifying (Sattva, Rajas och Tamas.) The fourth lady was acting as the pathfinder for the other three.

Day seven - The Master Class was guided by the lady in white (a dowser by profession) on a walk through the mountains to certain sacred places. During the walk the 3 ladies in purple were guided by the dowser to a specific stone formation called the "Hand of God" where we discovered 3 small, delicate, purple flowers growing within the formation of the hand.

Day eight - Each participant was given the opportunity to ask a specific personal question answered by a teacher in tune with the level of Ritam Bara Pra Raghya - or the Akashic record.

Day nine - This was a process for those persons who had reached the Vedic Age, in hindu tradition 55 years and over. They were placed within the circle, facing the outer circle. The meditation of the younger persons in the outer circle energized the elders in order to enable them to move forward and merge with the higher purpose of their final years.

Day ten - The holder of the Shankaracharya Tradition inspired by the knowledge of the first Rishi of the Vedas and the person responsible for transmitting the blueprint for the transformation process was then put in the center of the circle. The persons in the outer ring meditated for him thereby recharging and giving back the energy that had been given out during the Master Class transformation process.

The very last exercise was a concluding Shaman Drum Journey for the purpose of assimilating the healing received during the October class process.

To summarize the October 2009 Master Class transformation process, we can return to the rainbow colored umbrella we mentioned in this year's invitation. The work done each day represented one of the rainbow colours of the chakras within the human nervous system, starting with the red of the root chakra and concluding with the eighth (the aura field) and ninth chakra (representing the universal love light of the divine creator). Afterwards it became evident that this process was preparation for next year's Master Class theme, the year of initiation.

Invitation to Fourth International Master Class 2009 ON NORTHERN CYPRUS .

Once again, welcome to this special gathering of lightbeings on Cyprus, heart chakra of planet Earth and birthplace of Aphrodite, Goddess of Love.

For this year's Master Class we have been guided, as was forecast during last year's Master Class, to structure our seminar programme in a way that will enhance "Divine Transformation" for each of the participants/teachers. We will therefore cut down on the amount of teacher presentations from 2 to 1 per day.

Each day will start with early morning yoga and prana yama followed by breakfast. Back in the group room after breakfast we will continue with meditation and the transformation process. We will then break for lunch and rest and re-convene at 15.30 for a teacher presentation. The evening meditation will start at 17.30 and dinner will be served at 19.00.

You may be asking yourself in what form or how this transformation will take place? Imagine an umbrella with all the 7 colours of the rainbow, each colour representing a special quality of the 7 states of consciousness. The imbalance existing in each person's aura will be neutralized by a channeled presence of the energetic ray that is lacking within each person. See the holding stick of the umbrella as the channel that will bring the different rays into activity. Each person in the medita- tion circle will be connected to this energy as a spoke is connected to the umbrella and will thereby spontaneously and directly receive the channeled energy during his or her individual meditation.

As a natural consequence of this divine intention it will be important for participants and teachers to attend each session, in particular the morning transformation sessions. This year's process is with an emphasis on quality before quantity. Teachers who wish to make a presentation are therefore kindly requested to book themselves into Top Set Hotel and we are asking for a minimum 4 day participation (3 nights). Of course we prefer a full two week participation. Those teachers or participants who live on Cyprus within the near vacinity of Top Set need not stay at the hotel. Any private sessions teachers or therapists wish to book should be scheduled outside of the Master Class programme schedule.

Those teachers who wish to make a presentation this year are requested to let us know as soon as possible and those who have presented at an earlier Master Class should present a different subject or a deepening of the same subject. Since we will only have 12 periods alloted for presentations we may have to make a selection from those applying to present.

The administrative fee will remain the same for each participant/ teacher: 120 Euro. Nor have the hotel fees been raised: 45 Euro single, 60 Euro double, 84 Euro triple which includes breakfast and dinner. As usual each person is responsible for booking a hotel room themselves and you can go out on www.vedicmasterclass.org and click on Master Class to read all of the organisational details at the end of the teachers' list on that page. ALL OF THE PRACTICAL INFORMATION YOU NEED IS THERE! Should Top Set Hotel be fully booked, we suggest Riviera Hotel or Silver Wings Hotel, close by to Top Set and both located by the ocean, as alternatives.

Please send your application to judithbourque@email.com and to conny@email.com.

We look forward to this year's Master Class with great excite- ment and hope that those of you who feel called to participate will follow that inner voice and join us for this year's transformation process.

With love and light,
Conny Larson and Judith Bourque

Conny Larsson is coming to Poznan in January 2009
Conny’s new book Behind the Mask of the Clown is now available in Poland

I am very happy that the two events will take place soon and Polish people will be able to see and learn what Conny Larsson is really like. The book describes in detail his life to date without embellishing and concealing anything. Towards the end of the book Conny discloses the whole bitter truth about himself and the people he worked with in the Sai-Baba organisation that he belonged to for 20 years. Based on his own example he proves how easily anyone can get into a sect and be drawn into a situation with seemingly no way out and how difficult it is later to come back to normal life. His traumatic childhood experiences undoubtedly impacted his adult life and pushed him towards people who exploited him in numerous ways and who gave him more painful experiences. However, all those people never managed to destroy his great soul which was always looking for light, love, truth and God. His new book clearly shows his determination and courage in bringing into the open the deeds of those people.

I personally consider him to be a great teacher, who was able to face all those difficulties and who through painful experiences became a wonderful therapist, a doctor of human souls. He travels all over the world, teaches to people Vedic Mantra Meditation for free and gives the hope for a dignified, honest and joyful life. He has vast knowledge, long years of experience and a huge heart open to everyone. It is meditation that he learned at the age of 21, which helped him endure difficult moments, kept him alive when he felt no longer like living and drove him towards light.

Now I can confirm these effects based on my own experience. 10 years ago when I met him for the first time at the 1st technique course which he then held in Poznan, I was ill, stressed out and worn physically and mentally. Meditation was my last resort. Conny told me: meditate and your whole life will change for the better. And this is what happened. The first mantra I got from him then was the key to my happiness today. For 10 years of cooperation with Conny Larsson I have been working hard by practicing regularly asanas of hatha yoga and meditating with mantra to cleanse all chakras one by one. I have been moving through to higher techniques and experiencing the miracles of healing. Now I am 63 I enjoy life and perfect health. For 5 years I have been running my own Yoga Centre – Harmonia, where I pass all my knowedge and experience to others teaching them how they can help themselves and take responsibility for their life in their own hands. The Harmonia Yoga Centre is growing and the group of my happy students, teachers and colleagues becomes bigger every day. At last year’s Masterclass in Cyprus I received from Conny the 9th technique in our Vedic Mantra Meditation system. I clearly felt its power and strength and that it is removing from my life last remaining obstacles and blockages and leads me further and further. When I meditate I feel enormous joy of existence, heart filled with love, vast space in my body and infinite space around me. I feel like singing, dancing, rejoicing and sharing my happiness with others. In whatever I do, I listen to the voice of my soul and follow the light which leads me, and I do not fear anything.

Conny Larsson decided that 2008 would be the year of his well-deserved rest and went into silence to learn through meditation what other important information he could pass to us from his level of consciousness. I am extremely happy and I feel that Conny will bring into our Centre a new message relevant for all of us. I would like to invite all who are interested in Conny’s teachings and story to the meeting in January and encourage you to read his book which is also available in our Centre.

Anna Rykowska-Grzywna

Cover and introduction to Conny’s book:

"To all of You who during the last five years have kept me going, when I have fallen into the deep valleys of memory, I wish to express my profound gratitude. To those of You who have tried to make me give up and keep silent, to those who are in denial, I direct my particular gratitude for, paradoxically, You roused my inner strength to fight against untruth and injustice. To the prisoners in Wierzchowo Prison I turn with even deeper gratitude, as they taught me to value the freedom of which they themselves were deprived. They finally enabled me to leave my self-imposed prison, my sect. "

Thank You

I would like to thank very much everyone who on 3 February 2008 participated in a special yoga session dedicated to the celebration of the World Yoga Day, as well as everyone who came to the yoga classes on 13 January 2008 organized for the benefit of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (Polish: Wielka Orkiestra Swiatecznej Pomocy) and who made their financial contributions towards the cause of both events. On both occasions the program was very special and dedicated to helping sick children in Poland and people around the world whose rights are violated. The purpose of the classes on both days was to support projects that bring such people tangible help.

Using this opportunity I would also like to share with you a couple of thoughts that have come to my head. We often ask ourselves how we can assist people who need help and whose number is growing by the day. Well, help can be provided in various forms, not only by making financial contributions but also by sending to them positive thoughts full of love, praying or meditating in their intention. The best way, however, is to teach them how they can help themselves.

During our World Yoga Day session, radio and TV reporters came to the Yoga Center to record our class and tell about it on the news that evening. The standard question they asked the participants and myself was: what is yoga and how can yoga help people? My answer is as follows: if yoga helped myself, why can’t it help others?! Yoga is the study of human life itself. While exercising and meditating we discover in ourselves potential and we can do things we could only dream about before. Gradually, we get through to the source of power that exists in every human being, to the source of love in our hearts, which is endless and huge like an ocean. Every day we become healthier, smarter, better and open to new ideas and helping other people. Every person who helps herself/ himself also helps others and is worth as much as they can do for others. Everyone who realizes it gladly helps other people sharing their knowledge, joy, love and happiness and never stops doing it because they are sure that they have found a way for having a fulfilled, joyful and happy life.

WORLD YOGA DAY impressions

On 3 February 2008 in the Yoga Harmonia Centre a true celebration of yoga took place. The event organised under the auspices of Amnesty International was dedicated to human rights protection. From 11.00 am to 12.00, twenty people took part in a hatha yoga session, and for the next hour in meditation. To honour the cause underlying our Sunday practice, the meditation began with singing Puja, a beautiful and soulful invocation in Sanskrit, by the meditation teachers. The bodies prepared by the asanas willingly adopted the vibrations of the mantra repeated mentally and quietened the mind to the extent that enabled the participants to touch the essence of yoga – unity. We felt not only the unity of the body, mind and spirit but also the unity with the cause pursued by Amnesty International. This incredible experience gave us a lot of joy and let us feel a better human being.

A slight “feeling of anxiety” among the participants was aroused by the visits of local media – two TV stations and two radio stations, which were recording their material during both sessions. We are happy, however, that the day stamped its mark on the media and that their attention was attracted to the cause underlying the whole event. During the classes we also raised 300 PLN in donations for statutory purposes of Amnesty International.

Thanks to this incredible experience we know one thing for sure. We will definitely join the project again next year to support the efforts of Amnesty International concerning human rights protection in the whole world.

H2>World Peace Meditation

Between 26 March and 2 April 2007 Yoga Harmonia Centre in Poland hosted Conny Larsson, an exceptional Vedic mantra meditation teacher, who held meditation courses from step 1 to 7.

Each meeting with Conny gives joy, peace and happiness, which still linger in the place when he leaves. Huge knowledge, underpinned by great experience, which he shares is clear and simple to understand by all people who wish to live in peace, do not want to harm anyone, who want to develop their talents and live their life to the full. That is why, there is more and more harmony in the Yoga Harmonia Centre and in the life of everyone who comes here.

Following the advice of our great teacher I decided to support his request to spread the idea of peace in the world and I chose special days and hours when people will be able to meditate in this intention.

W O R L D    P E A C E   M E D I T A T I O N

will be held

every Wednesday from 9 am to 10 am
every Thursday from 7 pm to 8 pm

Peace meditations were initiated by His Holiness Dalaj Lama a few years ago. Now they are held all over the world and sometimes thousands of people gather in one place to meditate in the intention of peace. That is why, I would like to invite wholeheartedly all people meditating in all traditions and following different meditation paths to participate in this special meditation. You can also pray for peace in silence. Everyone who contributes to world peace, finds more peace within themselves, among the family members and in their environment.

You should not come late for meditation. Please come 10-15 minutes earlier and dress comfortably.

I look forward to seeing you

Anna Rykowska-Grzywna

International Fecris Conference, Brussels, Belgium

The International Fecris Conference was attended by 120 delegates.

Among speakers were:
Minister of Justice Madame Onkelinx.(Be)
President of INGO- Councel of Europe.Annelise Oeschger Former, member of EU Parliament.
President of C.I.A.O.S.N- Henri De Cordes (Be)
Member of Parliament (Be)-Jean Pierre Malmendier.

Many other speakers were also lecturing ranging from scientist, psyciatrist to prof, from different universities around the world. Conny Larsson gave a talk on "Politics, sects, sex and other truths".
The main purpose was to find a solution to the increasing problem with sects infiltrating me social, cultural and political systems causing damaging effects to the society as a whole.
Delegates were informed by the lecturers that each country has to create groups of people to keep an eye on these organisations. Several of them have been found to have a secret agenda.
Among sects considered dangerous are: Sathya Sai Baba org.-Scientology, The Moon sect, Narconon org. - TM-org. -Sun-Tempel sect and the OM-sect in Japan . These are just a few of the sects that have been monitored.

The Conference also stated that some of the sects have positive parts that could be taken into account. As a whole they are damaging for the younger generation because they all aim at putting the responsibility for ones life in the hands of someone else. The conference also found that all these organisations have a tendency to remove evaluation of right and wrong from the individual and instead give all the power of decision to a "superior" or special person, Guru or priest, therapeut etc. Usually these people fall out of the society at an early stage of their involvement in these organisations, often leaving their family, children and job behind for the sake of the new group or sect. The result is isolation of the individual, years later often ending in suicide after having realised the truth about their choice of organisation or Guru etc. The main finding is that these organisations are all structured in a non democratic way.

Report from this Conference in Brussel can be given from Fecris at emailadress: http://griess.st1.at

Any teacher or firesoul interested in the Master Class may apply as soon as possible. Please, state your intentions and in what way you want to contribute.

You can use the Master Class email or mail to Conny Larsson directly.
